SPEED LIMIT

• Downtown = 40 kmts p/hr
• Highway = 90 & 110 kmts p/hr

GAS

• Before refilling your gas tank, please check gas pump reading is on zeros.
• When paying in PESOS, assure with the attendant, the bill denomination to avoid getting tricked by them changing your bill to a lower denomination.

PARKING

• All malls, hotels, parks, cenotes, archaeological sites have parking area.
• in downtowns, 15 meters on the corners of streets, is no-parking area. (usually painted yellow)
• in case of leaving your car on a no-parking area, most probably a police officer will remove your car license plate and leave a traffic ticket on the windshield wiper.

HIGHWAYS

• Toll highways accept only MXN pesos for payment.
